Dates and Schedule in GMT

First Weekend:
Start: Saturday October 10 2026 at 00:00 GMT
End: Sunday October 11 2026 at 23:59 GMT

Second Weekend:
Start: Saturday October 17 2026 at 00:00 GMT
End: Sunday October 18 2026 at 23:59 GMT

Timekeeping Note: All contacts must be logged in GMT. Please check your local time conversion. Any contacts logged outside these hours will result in disqualification.

Operation and Frequencies

Calling Frequency: 27.595 MHz. After calling, QSY to a clear frequency allowed within your local regulations.
Valid Contacts: You may work operators in any division, including your own.

Scoring and Progressive Numbers

Formula: Total Points = Total Contacts x Total Divisions Worked.
Example: 50 progressive contacts x 10 divisions = 500 points.

Progressive Numbers: Exchanging progressive numbers is mandatory. No progressive number means no point.
Exceptions: Progressive numbers are not required when contacting SES, DX, IOTA, or Zero stations, subject to log confirmation from the activation.

Log Submission

Deadline: December 31 2026. Logs received after this date will be void.

FIFA World Champion Spain Award


To celebrate Spain being crowned FIFA World Champion, Sugar Delta is proud to organize the XXXSD/FWC Special Event, an activity created to commemorate this historic achievement through an exclusive collection of QSL cards and a commemorative award certificate.

Participating Stations

The following special event stations will issue the QSL cards:

• 30SD/FWC-1
• 30SD/FWC-2
• 30SD/FWC-3
• 30SD/FWC-JOKER
• 49SD/FWC
• 106SD/FWC

The 30SD/FWC-JOKER station may be used as a substitute for any one of the three Division 30 special event stations that an operator is unable to contact.

Award Certificate

Operators who successfully confirm the following contacts will be eligible to apply for the Official Event Award Certificate:
• The three Division 30 (Spain) stations (or any two of them plus the 30SD/FWC-JOKER station).
• The Division 49 – Balearic Islands station.
• The Division 106 – Ceuta & Melilla station.

Once all five qualifying stations have been confirmed, participants may request the official event award certificate.

Participation in this event is based on a voluntary contribution, intended solely to help cover the costs of printing and managing the QSL cards.

The Sugar Delta group being apolitical, the countries which are always in the case of Brexit, are
considered as European for the Group. .
PLEASE NOTE: 106 divisions are NOT in Europe – 68 divisions in total.
Scores:
1 point for each contact multiplied by the divisions worked is:
50 progressives x 10 divisions = 500 points.
You MUST give and receive a progressive number, contact with ALL stations are valid only if a progressive number is given between both stations, NO PROGRESSIVE NO POINT!
The only acceptance will be: when working an SES, DX, IOTA or Zero.
The contact (in the log) will be accepted providing the contest manager can obtain a copy of the log book of the activation
to confirm the contact and WILL be accepted without a progressive number received or given.
Who can you contact You can work operators in any division including your own.
Sending Logs: Emailed logs must be sent well within the deadline date: 31st July 2026.
Any logs received after or on this date will be void. Participation If you participate within the contest please ALL send in your logs whether you have made 1 contact or more, this will be very much appreciated.

Calling Frequencies: 27.595 then QSY to any frequency for the QSO providing it is within your countries local laws
and regulations. You can use 27.555 if your radio will not transmit on 27.595, I ask all where possible to use 27.595
to avoid making to much QRM on 555 for those who do not participate within the contest
to give them a chance to make some DX.
27.275: I recommend to use frequency 27.275 in the contest who has problems with radio police and has no opportunity to work
higher than 27.405.
Trophies The first top 3 finalist SD members Single and Multi operators will receive a trophy each.
The first place single operator NON SD member will receive a trophy. The first placed Multi Operator NON SD member will receive a trophy.
